Thinking of joining Kodex?​

Kodex is building the first marketplace specifically for ENS (Ethereum Name Service). Aside from curating a more liquid market based on extensive categorization and filters, we are aiming to provide additional ENS related services to users, such as leasing domains/subdomains, easy subdomain management, raffling, collateralized lending, and much more - all within a sleek and easy-to-use interface.

About the Role​

We're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial data engineer with an enthusiasm for building and scaling our data infrastructure with modern technologies like Snowflake, Airflow, Looker, Kafka, Spark , GraphQL, ElasticSearch, and Postgres (although we’d like to stay in the AWS ecosystem). You would be leading this effort at Kodex, allowing you the freedom to creatively build solutions.

Responsibilities​

  • Build out the data infrastructure that will serve future dashboarding, ab-testing, warehousing, business intelligence and machine learning
  • Understanding the needs of the project and how to improve our data stack to meet them
  • Making critical decisions for Kodex’s infrastructure to serve internal and external customers like data science, operations, product and marketing

Desired Experience​

  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering/ data science/ data analytics fields.
  • Operate under ambiguous and fast moving problem spaces, often cross-functionally.
  • An ability to write high quality, well tested code.
  • Potential to grow into a leadership position as the team expands.
  • (nice to have) A passion or growing interest in decentralized technologies.
  • (nice to have) Experience with natural language models, ML code.
